Marketing Scales Database

The Marketing Scales Database (the MSD) website provides information about measures used to study constructs related to consumer cognitions, affect, intentions, and behavior.  A feature of the site is a database of measurement scales that have been used in actual research by scholars. The database is still in development but limited searches are possible at this time for free. 

The MSD is also the home for the newest volume in the Marketing Scales Handbook series (Volume 5). Contained in the book are 700 easy-to-read reviews of multi-item, summated scales that have been used in consumer-related research.  The book is in electronic form and available for easy purchase and download
